Approaching us less than two months before their Staging Date meant that there was little time to lose in scoping the company’s requirements and finding a pension provider.

The solution

The company is going through a rapid growth phase and after discussion with the company and the accountants running the payroll, it was agreed to use the postponement option. However the provider was put in place by the Staging Date to meet the Employer’s statutory obligations.

The project is going live as we speak and all the signs are that the employees have a clear understanding of what the scheme is all about because the communications, including messages on payslips have been effective in getting the messages around the scheme across.
